If you are having issues with billing or need an need to know more information about our billing, this article is designed to help you. For account specific issues, you will need to contact our billing department at (320) 234-6295 or create a new ticket.
Billing Cycle
All billing options will be billed for service before the month starts and will be due on the billing date of each month.
Late Payment
If a bill is 30 days late, it will occur a late fee and for every 30 days the bill remains unpaid. When a bill reaches 60 days overdue, service will be discontinued.
Payment Options
We will accept payment by check, money order, one-time credit card, or reoccurring credit card.
